Starter Kit Order Status

Due to large demand, some batches of Starter Kit orders have been delayed. The current delivery times are as follows:

Order status by order numbers:

  • Less than 17,000: Kit should have arrived.
  • Between 17 – 20,000: 4-6 weeks from the order date.
  • Between 20 – 23,000: 6-8 weeks from the order date.
  • Higher than 23,000: 2-4 weeks from the order date.

If your order number is less than 17,000 and you have not recieved your kit, please feel free to order an new kit at no cost.
